Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made this celebration of independence more special. BSNL has launched a limited period offer called ‘Freedom Plan’, which not only offers users a free trial facility of 4G for 1 rupee, but it is also the first public test of India’s indigenous 4G network.
